The newly introduced automatic tension tester, durability aging tester and concentricity inspection equipment can simulate long-term high-load working conditions, accurately detecting belt stretching rate, wear resistance, tooth meshing accuracy and pulley dynamic balance deviation. All products undergo three-level inspection: raw material inspection, semi-finished precision measurement and finished product aging test.
After the system upgrade, the product failure rate is effectively reduced, and the overall stability and service life of transmission parts are significantly improved.
